DXC Technology Acquires System Partners to Accelerate Growth of its Salesforce Practice
SYDNEY, Australia, September 27, 2018 – DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), the world’s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire System Partners, a leading provider of transformative, customer-centric projects that span the suite of Salesforce products.
The acquisition of System Partners, a Salesforce Platinum partner in Australia and New Zealand, builds on DXC’s digital transformation strategy and cloud-first focus.
“Having a deep Salesforce capability is strategically important for DXC in Australia and New Zealand to support our existing customers and increase our relevance in the cloud environment,” said Seelan Nayagam, managing director, DXC Technology in Australia & New Zealand. “With more organisations using Salesforce and considering CRM replacements, System Partners can lift DXC’s Salesforce capability in the region, as well as accelerate the growth of our Salesforce practice globally.”
System Partners delivers Salesforce consulting services to enterprise businesses covering advisory, strategy mapping, end-to-end implementation services, tailored managed services and governance. These services are provided through a unique delivery and diagnostic process, which links business strategy, process, innovation and technology delivery to enhance client performance.
“Today’s announcement is the start of another exciting chapter for System Partners,” said Scott Bozic, System Partners CEO. “Joining the DXC family will provide us with strategic support and enhanced capabilities that will benefit our team, our partners and our clients. We look forward to leveraging DXC’s deep industry capabilities and helping our clients with their business and digital transformation, in addition to the Salesforce expertise for which we are known and respected.”
The acquisition will provide a mutually beneficial expanded reach, and will allow for cross-sell opportunities across the customer bases of both System Partners and DXC, arising from complementary offering portfolios and expanded service catalogues. With more than 100 Australia-based Salesforce certified experts, the addition of System Partners will also offer DXC a comprehensive portfolio across market leading SaaS platforms.
“System Partners has been a valued partner for Salesforce in Australia," said Mark Innes, General Manager and Executive Vice President of APAC at Salesforce. "With the acquisition by DXC Technology, we look forward to continue working with the System Partners team, and DXC, to drive digital transformation and success for our customers across APAC.”
